Major Forum Layout changes

We condensed a lot of forums and moved others around. Power Rangers Online and Sailor Moon Kingdom now have their own subforums. Trying to make each subject almost have ita own miniforum. Still a work in progress. Any questions just ask here?

"Condensed" isn't even the word for it, we destroyed the board, LOL.
