Actually the little girl was quite the interesting guest star. He represented innocence. She stood for the innocent people Conner had to protect as a ranger. It was through her he realized that being a ranger was maybe more important than makingthe wave.

Tommy's capture reminded me alot of the capture he had in Green With Evil. Hes just walking through an alley and the baddies teleport and take him away.
