Anyone else find it weird that Lokar sounded like Zedd?

I know it was the same actor. But it seems weird that they didn't just have Lokar take over instead of Zedd. His costume could have been the same as Zedd's and it made more sense with Rita already working for him.

They didn't plan on Zedd. If they would have known Lokar probably would have been Zedd.

I would have liked it if either they just had Lokar take over as the main villain in season 2 or if they adapted Dai Satan as Lord Zedd.

Then again I also wanted to make Zedd Shaddam from Dairanger but keep the actual Zedd suit as his power armor.

Having Lord Zedd as the counter part to Dai would have made more sense in hindsight. But the character of Lord Zedd wasn't created yet.

Rita didn't really work for Lokar though. He was just an ally that she drew power from.
