I know Wild Force was Disney. But I am sure the production team still had ties to Saban and asked him for ideas. Plus Disney would ask for his permissions on what to do with Eric.

Yes, Saban suddenly became involved in the day to day operations than he ever had before once he sold the series? And Disney asked him permission on what to do with their own property. I am sure Disney was eager to take more of his advice after the Fox Family sale cost them billions and took years to make work.

Actually, Saban would ask for Disney's permision. Since Hunter is their character.

And FR was a Disney idea. The writer you guys keep talking about just did the teleplay.

No, Disney has nothing to do with PR anymore. Saban Brands can do whatever they want with the Disney era characters. Just like Disney could with the Saban Entertainment era characters, when they owned the series. As seen in "Forever Red".

Saban did not run the day to day operations of the show for most of his tenure. It was just the first season that he watched over things closely. But he was never a writer himself. I believe his wife did write some early scripts. Saban had no say in FR since the show was sold in TF post production.

Disney was actually against doing FR. Amit had to fight for it. The creative of the team up was almost entirely written by Amit. He was the driving force behind that team up.

There should only be one Red per season. It was a mistake to make Eric Red. He was Quantum Ranger.

There is only one Red Ranger per season. Unless there are special circumstances like Rocky, Aurico, and Lauren. I don't consider Eric and Hunter special circumstances.
