I think this season is the best. I grew up watching PR around this time it was such a fun season. Mesagog was a scary villain..The Rangers had good personalities. Plus the stories were very exciting. I liked Trent as White Ranger. I didn't know much about Tommy at the time but Doctor O was cool. Zeltrax was so bad ass. DT is the MMPR of my generation.

I liked DT. I do think Ninja Storm was better though. It felt more like MMPR the next generation to me.

I felt DT was meant to evoke the spirit of MMPR: Rangers with stereotypical personalities, a cool mentor, a badass villain, an evil Ranger who turns good, etc.

I liked that they were back in High School. That reminded me of MMPR as well. The Rangers were teenagers with attitude again.
