Questions about Zyuranger, Ohranger, Carranger, and Gingaman

Does anybody know the Sentai names of these things that appeared in PR?

ZYURANGER/MMPR
-Mastodon Shield that the Megazord used

OHRANGER/Power Rangers Zeo
-Zeo Cannon
-Zeo Power Cells for the Zeo Cannon

CARRANGER/Power Rangers Turbo
-Rescue Turbo Megazord; that was the combination of the Red Lightning and Mountain Blaster Turbozords, and the Thunder Loader, Star Racer, and Wind Rescue Rescuezords

GINGAMAN/Power Rangers: Lost Galaxy
-Galaxy Quasar Launchers; the new type of Quasar Launcers that the rangers got after getting the crystals from the Guardian of the Galaxy Book.

Weren't the Quasar Sabers called Seijuuken?

That would make sense...since Seijuuken means Holy Beast Sword

Well okay, but just one thing. I know the Rescue Megazord is the VRV Robo in Carranger, but there was this one time in Turbo, when the rangers fought a monster called Count Nocturn, and they brought these Zords together:
The Turbozords:
-Red Lightning Turbozord/Red Vehicle
-Mountain Blaster Turbozord/Blue Vehicle

...with these three Rescuezords:
-Thunder Loader Rescuezord/V Dump
-Star Racer Rescuezord/V Dozer
-Wind Rescue Rescuezord/V Rescue

The result was the Rescue-Turbo Megazord. Remember seeing this in Carranger? What was it called?
