So Kat sends RIC with a replacement morpher for Bridge. Question is why? Bridge never told anyone his morpher was broken. This also shows how cheap SPD Ranger powers are if they can be replicated on a moment's notice.

No you tool. He gets out of the hole says to Jack his morpher is broken, and boing five seconds later RIC barrels in with a spare. RIC is fast but not that fast. So you tool, they fucked up.
