Vrak and Vekar

Vrak should've been back by episode 5. They made him and Vekar brothers, had their suits, and even recreated the Armada Ship set, and they never have them interacting. If you're going to make characters related, have them talk to each other; this is something PR was doing back in it's early years. MMPR had Rita and Rito interacting, Zeo had Prince Sprocket and Prince Gasket interacting (and they were the same character in Ohranger), Turbo didn't have Divatox say in American footage "Elgar is my nephew" and then switch to Elgar in Japanese footage saying "That's right Auntie D!"

You have a point there but to be fair Rita had been switched to an American actress by then and Zedd was an American villain so they could have done whatever they wanted with Rito and Master Vile. Vile had more Sentai footage that we saw than Rito did.

Gasket and Sprocket are the only 2 exceptions since they didn't have the Skybase set and didn't want to re-create it like they would otherwise so they had to figure out other clever ways for them to interact such as them interacting on the Moon.

In the case of Divatox and Elgar you're right about that except for them switching over to Sentai footage for it, he really didn't have much Sentai footage that they wound up using for him.

Makes sense. Don't know why they didn't have them interact? Why not have fun with the Sentai Footage and adapt.to get around it?

probably because they didn't want to waste the time with shooting original footage involving the two of them even though they had Vekar's suit and they had Vrak's Warstar suit, Mutant suit, Cyborg suit and Prince suit.
