Commander Center Alarms
you know I was curious about something but usually the alarms in the Command Center would go off as soon as a villain would come down to Earth but how often they didn't go off in cases of Rita meeting with Kat or even for example in the case of Goldar and Rito appearing on Earth before they had went into the tunnel below the Command Center?
