One Monster
I saw this thread over at RangerBoard and I thought it was an interesting topic so I wanted to see what the users here had to say about it.
What are your thoughts on why villains in Power Rangers typically only opt to go with one monster most of the time? You can explain it for each season with each villain as well. Obviously we know with Time Force, Ransik had a limited supply of mutants he could use because they were criminals and they were in a Prison. Wild Force couldn't be help since the Orgs could only be born at a specific time from what it looks like since it looks like each 2-horn were born at a certain time. |

Re: One Monster
For most of the the time, the main villain only have one monster for each attack. Sometimes they send two or more, but that happen rarely. They don't have many monsters and as a result, they would run out of monsters near the end.

Re: One Monster
Thing is, we can't say all villains had a limited supply.
Finster was capable of using putty to create monsters so with that type of process, it'd be unlimted. Lord Zedd could create monsters just by using Staff so that would also be an unlimited process. Machine Empire had machines so that would be unlimited. Divatox, Astronema and Scorpius all had recruited monsters so their resources likely were unlimited. The Stingwingers for Scorpius and Trakeena were just in short supply. The demons, only Diabolico was referred to as having a limited supply. |

Re: One Monster
Also I mentioned previously how Ransik had a limited supply due to only having a certain amount of criminals that were in the prison that he stole.
Lothor's monsters were all recruited so he likely had an unlimited source of monsters. Mesogog's monsters were created by combining various parts so that was likely unlimited. Gruumm had criminals to recruit so that was basically unlimited. |
