I thought this would be an interesting thread to do because of the various Fun Facts that were originally posted on Crayfish's site.

Among the monster suits destroyed to create other characters are Saliguana (remade into Trider's reptilian features), Borax/Varox collective (partially redesigned each time another Varox was shown; totally remade into Electrotramp), Snizzard (arms and legs used for PRLR's cobra monster), Merrick The Barberrick (body used in conjunction with Incisorator), and Chunky Chicken and Pudgy Pig (both dismantled and reassembled to create Turkey Jerk).

Rocky's character, unlike Kelsey's, was not intended to be gay.

Now it's a common misconception that both Chunky Chicken and Pudgy Pig were dismantled and their parts were used for Turkey Jerk, all we can confirm is that Chunky Chicken was confirmed for Turkey Jerk.

Parts from Scorpina's Monster Form and a white cat-like Kakuranger youma were used for one of the Plague Patrollers.

Parts from a red-colored Dairanger Gorma Monster, Gnarly Gnome and the Kakuranger weasel were used for a different Plague Patroller.

Parts from a Dairanger black-colored soldier and the orange Barbaric Brother's weapon had been used for a third Plague Patroller.

Parts from a Kakuranger demon plus a Barbaric Brother's body plus Dairanger's Bird Cage creature was used for Incisorator.

The assumed-banned Carranger creature and the Ohranger female Tamer were taken apart to become the Metal Mangler that appeared during Turbo.

Hate Master's parts were taken together and combined with Zyu2's Pirantishead to become a new monster that appeared in the background.

A Kakuranger Mask Head monster plus Cruel Chrome were taken apart and united to become a new background monster.

Hate Master's remaining parts were used to unite with the parts of a Kakuranger Umbrella creature to become a background monster.

Cruel Chrome's remaining parts were united with Mean Screen to become a new background creature.

Cruel Chrome and Main Drain were united to become a new background creature.

Borax and an unused Ohranger Cop-themed machine were used to make Space's Electrotramp.

Snizzard was taken apart and became the Cobra Monster that Ryan had to fight in his lair during Lightspeed Rescue.

Obviously there are a lot of other Power Rangers suits that were taken apart for new creatures such as both of Deviot's forms as well as Radster, Tire Org and Striking just to name a few but I won't bother with listing all of them since some of them included B-Fighter suits as well even if they went unused in Beetleborgs or Beetleborgs Metallix.
