How can Sky's father be TF Red?

We know from Time Force that the Chrono Morphers DNA lock to the user and Alex is the first to use thus only those with DNA so similar to his can use it, which is why Wes can use it.

So does that mean Sky's dad is so similar in DNA to Alex that he can use it or did SPD violate the morpher and alter the the DNA lock thing, or is it possible they created a special morpher that looks like a Chrono Morpher, produces a Power Ranger suit similar to Time Force Red but not be the real thing?

First off Wes' last name is Collins and it has been specifically said that Wes is not the father of Sky.

The show even confirms this. The time period to which the accident the parents were involved in that caused their children to be mutants happened around the time Wes was fighting Ransik.

My answer is that:
