Yes, Brad Hawkins, the guy that played Ryan Steele in "VR Troopers" also provided the voices for Trey.

For a moment there I thought this was about whether or not Ryan should have been the Gold Ranger.

personally it's hard to tell what the poster is asking, I just assumed that the poster is asking about the actor since we know the character of Trey and the character of Ryan Steele are 2 different characters.
