I always thought it would have been cool if Red Battlezord could have combined with some of the Zeo Zords. Kind of like with Dragonzord and the Dinos.

I would have liked to have seen the Retro Rangers in OAR use their individual zords to form a new Megazord.

Adam's Lion was chest armor. His Frog was the legs, his Shogunzord was a leg if I recall correctly. Tori's was a right arm. Kira's was just chest armor and a helmet. Bridge's was a leg and his Flyer appears to be legs but not feet. Xander's Titan was the top half of the legs so none of their zords would've been able to configure into one even though it would've been cool. |

Here are more options including those with the Ninja Storm zords since Gaoranger and Hurricanger mecha were compatible.
