Lightspeed should have been a space season

I would have liked Lightspeed a lot better if it had been a third space season. I don't see why they couldn't turn it into one since they did the same thing with Galaxy. And that sentai wasn't a space season by any stretch.

This is really when PR tottally went off the rails for me. While I only really like MMPR , at least Zeo through Galaxy at least pretended to be connected. Lightspeed just really make the show go further in the wrong direction. It wasn't PR anymore.

I would have liked that. Having another Space Season would have been cool. I believe it could have been done. They could have gone in a lot of different directions if they wanted too.

Maybe have Lightspeed take place on Mirinoi? That would have been an interesting way of continuing things.

I like Lightspeed mostly the way it is. Its one of the seasons that came close to getting the Sentai right. Only thing I would change is making the Rangers siblings. They already butchered Megaranger and Gingaman by taking them into Space.

I liked the space seasons but I don't think every season of pr needs to be a space season. Lightspeed needed to be its own story. Just putting a season in space isn't gonna make it good. Unless they wanted to carry on the lg cast. But they didn't want to obviously.

LG didn't just copy In Space. It was good in its own right. Not just because they put it in outer space.

How about following up on the Space Rangers when they were needed back on Earth? They could upgrade to Lightspeed Rangers to deal with a new threat.

I would have liked it if they went into Space once in awhile. But it was fine as the first military Power Rangers season. It was cool to have man made powers for the first time. And it was different.

I don't know, I think it was time for Power Rangers to move on. They couldn't keep doing Space seasons. Just like they couldn't keep MMPR going on forever.

Rescue Rangers in Space? I don't think it would have worked. They weren't gonna stay in Space Forever. Lightspeed was basically back to basics. And it worked.
