Also, Zedd's actor was unavailable for Turbo, so the writers couldn't do whatever they originally intended with him and Rita. It's why Zedd makes only a "snore" cameo appearance in T:APRM.

It is interesting how they brought Rita back so soon after Zedd kicked her to the curb in a big way.

Rita should have become White Ranger. It would have been so cool and interesting from a story perspective.

and it was Zedd's voice actor who was unavailable for the Turbo season just for the record so no one thinks we're talking about his suit actor who was still working.
