The differences between Super Sentai and Power Rangers?

Does anyone know what the main differences between the two shows are? I know that sometimes their footage wouldn't make complete sense with our footage. Like in Green No More when Tommy can use his powers dispite losing them or in A Different Shade of Pink where Kimberly has a shark cycle dispite the fact that she never had it and it was first given to Kat. What do you notice?
