Apparently, it could either be a magician/wizard or a painter. I'm fine with either to be honest. I'd prefer the painter motif though. Kinda unique.

Not Samurai but in Hibiki the Riders were oni, and the MOTDs were yokai.
And not as a main theme but I think a lot of Riders do have elemental powers. That's not to say I wouldn't like that if did did. Every thing else though yeah I don't has been done especially Dinosaurs. |

I would perfer some thing original done to, i have an idea for a pirate based kamen rider also.

Well... A Wizard KR is pretty original for Kamen Rider. The closest to it is probably Magiranger.

A pirate themed Rider a year after a Pirate Themed Super Sentai? And considering that Kamen Rider Decade basically had pirated versions of the first ten Heisei Riders.....too soon for a Pirate Rider. Maybe for the next anniversary Rider series.
