Imagine if Zeo functioned in a similar way to MMPR.

Sixth ranger appears
Sixth ranger joins the team, and brings their zord along
Auxiliary zord appears to allow Ultrazord
Changing of zords as soon as the old villain departs and a new villain appears
Alteration on the sixth ranger, former ranger who takes over as leader. New special zord
Power transfer for three of the rangers
Old villain comes back
Another new villain
Another changing of zords, same previous costumes.
Another zord change, but use of previous zords is not lost
Power transfer of another ranger.
New suits, new base, new villains, new zords.

You would effectively start with Zeo as normal (Tommy as red, Adam as green, Rocky as blue, Tanya as yellow, Kat as pink, and Billy as the advisor, and with the Zeo Megazord

Then.

Trey appears as the evil Gold Ranger
Trey starts to serve as a backup special ranger, assisting the rangers with Pyramidas
The Red Battlezord appears as an auxiliary zord to help form the Zeo Ultrazord.
Zeo Megazord changes to the Super Zeo Megazord when King Mondo is disposed off and Louis Kaboom appears.
Alteration on the sixth ranger, includes Jason coming back and taking over from Trey after injury, and taking over Tommy as leader. Warrior wheel debute.
Power transfer for three of the rangers (Tommy>TJ as red, Adam>Carlos as green, and Tanya>Ashley as yellow. So the team is now Kat as pink, Rocky as blue, Carlos as green, Ashley as yellow, TJ as red, and Jason as gold (and leader).
King Mondo comes back.
Divatox appears
Change to Turbo zords, but still keeping Zeo suits.
Another zord change to Rescue zords, but use of previous Turbo zords is not lost.
Power transfer of Kat>Cassie as pink.
New suits (Space), new base (Megaship), new villains (Astronema, Ecliptor), new zords (Astro Megazord/Mega Voyeger). Blue drops out, previous red becomes blue, previous special leader becomes red leader.

The team in PRIS would become Jason back as red, TJ as blue, Carlos as black, Ashley as yellow, Cassie as pink, and Rocky as the ally or advisor.

With Tommy probably coming back as the Silver Ranger, if PRIS was treated as Zeo was.

I think the Power Chamber moved up once the structure was rebuilt.
