Saban Vs Toei Arguments - Are They A Waste Of Time Or Not?

In 1975 Super Task Force started the whole Ranger thing and then in 1993 we adapted from
Japan. Since the shows are 2 versions of the same show what would be the point of this?

I'm just curious as it starts way too many rivalries that don't need to happen.

it was actually Goranger that started the whole thing.
I'm not a big fan of the arguments and fights since Sentai and Power Rangers should be seen as 2 different properties even despite the fact that Power Rangers uses the Sentai footage for its show.
