Are There Villains Who Should Have Stayed Villains?

Power Rangers usually features characters who start out as villains before becoming allies to the heroes. Are there some characters who you think were better off as villains? It can be the main antagonist, their generals, MOTW, evil rangers etc.

Katherine should have stayed a villain. She tried to steal Tommy away from Kim and never got punished for it. I didn't buy her nice girl act in seasom 3. But then the whoke thing was dropped in Zeo.

I think Perry should have permenantly turned into Motordrone. It would have been a true tragady and warning to not mess with something more powerful than you

Marah and Kapri should have stayed villains. I was disapointed that the plot twidt of them being the big bad was just a trick.

It seemed pretty random for Elsa to end up being good. There was no hint to her actually being someone that Mesagog experimented on. It was odd to have her just end up being good. At least they kept Zeltrax as a villain.

I would have liked it if Trent stayed bad. Having an evil Ranger never join the team would have been originial. Trent would have been better as a villain.

well... let's see...

Rita and Zedd should have remained as villains.
Divatox should have remained as a villain.
Ransik should've remained as a villain, same with Nadira.
Elsa should've remained as a villain I just felt she was turned good so it was a way to get out of killing her... and I never saw any indication of her originally being a human or even being good.

I disagree. Yes she tried to steal Tommy away from Kimberly but she was under Rita's spell when those feelings were of much higher influence hence why she took Kimberly's Power Coin but she was planning on taking Aisha's Power Coin as well if she wasn't interrupted by Bulk and Skull.

It wasn't a nice girl act in Season 3 she was genuinely a nice girl in Season 3 while she wasn't under Rita's control.

what show were you watching? Kapri and Marah were never "the big bad" that was Lothor.

I agree it would've been interesting to have an evil Ranger never join the team but Power Rangers would never allow such a thing in its show since they have it as Power Rangers being seen as the good guys.
