the other Agumon in my opinion was 1000X better then this one. Also, it does not make any referance to how all this happen.

I agree that Tamers did take awhile to go somewhere since nothing really happened except a Digimon would bio-merge and the Tamers would take care of the problem and Yamaki would get mad about it. The Devas are what made the season interesting.
You do have a point in regards to it making it feel like the Tamers had more control of their Digimon because of their cards.

Decade does have a minor point but I don't agree with him that it's always inferior, I'd say most of the time it can be a bad product such as with errors and the music. Also they don't need to inject bad humor into practically every line like they always did for Digimon Adventure but especially in the case of Adventure 2.

This is either my favorite season or it's tied with season 2 since I like them for different reasons.
It's funny, I used to not like the beginning episodes of Data Squad as much, but now I love them more.

I wonder if what you see first is tied to what you like more. Many differences of shows that I've seen people complain about have been nothing for me (since all I see is the dub), so maybe if a person saw the dub first they may like it more.
I've only seen the dub and am content.
