I'd like to know that too. I don't remember them doing anything past the Crazy Chicken episode (that featured the Rangers saving the Power Eggs) about the actual mythology of the morphing powers. They could have done an episode or two where they could revisit the Power Eggs and the Morphing Masters so we could actually see them. It'd be kind of fun of them showing up at both MMPR's and Alien Rangers' final battles.

I don't think they were supposed to be a big deal. Fans just assumed tthey were because of their names..

The Morphing Masters were an an ancient order who mastered the powers of the Morphing Gridm. Contrary to popular thought, Zordon was not one of them. They predated him.
