I will always see Chip as being one of the better ones from the old days but as for his recent example I think he lost some of his magic.
That said he did come up with some amazing characters like Koda, Kendall, Tyler, Shelby, Heckyl/Snide, Fury, Cosmo, Odius, Mick and most characters in Beast Morphers so I would say that Beast Morphers likely saved him from a bad post-Tzachor era

Its shame he wasn't able to reach the heights of Space-Time Force. But at least is PR was still more original from Sentai.
