Skin Change
Changed default forum skin to PRC Ezboard style. The old default can be selected as PRO Classic in skin chooser.

I already changed the default to Unleash The Dragon. As you can tell i am experimenting on what should be the current default. If you liked the recent default select pro central in skin chooser.
