Sailor Moon's Father is the Moon?

This Starlights' Princess said that Sailor Senshi were reborn versions of the planets. I wonder if this really meant that they were sired from the planets? We never knew who Princess Serenity's dad was. Perhaps the Moon concieved her with the Queen in an immaculate conception? It would make a lot of sense for her to be the daughter of the Moon, as well as the Queen.

basically they're like reincarnations but in a new body that's identical to their old one so not they're not taken directly from the makeup that makes up their related planet but they're life forms who had a past life of which was eventually lost so they were reborn on Earth in new bodies that were identical to their old ones.

The princess does mention that all Senshi are reborn planets. It's not known if thia is meant to be taken literally or in a symbolic sense. The op has a good theory though.

its likely the whole Serenity line was born of the Moon. Its why every Queen always has one daughter to take their place. Chibi Usa is the first Serenity to be born the traditional way and a hybrid to boot. But she still retains the normal Moon Birthright.

So I guess you could say Chibi-Usa is the granddaughter of the moon.
