Forum changes

Due to low activity in forums out side of gen pr, we have merged cast/crew and Super Sentai into PR Gen Discussion. PR Fan Fics and RPG have been merged into the fandom forum.

VR Troopers has been moved to off topic as well. I also changed the order of the forums. Might make some other minor changes.
