PR Plot Holes

Just wondering if anyone else noticed that the majority of the the 'big'
plot holes in PR came from Turbo? The Millennium Message, Phantom Ranger's
ID, Dimitria's twin (OK, blatantly obvious, but clarification would be nice)
and I'm sure that Dimitria hinted at a great destiny for the Turbo
Rangers... Am I missing anything?

Yes, turbo just kept coming at you with more plot holes every episode.

One, Zordon left when he finally found a once in a life-time wormhole to
Eltar and then he just dropped by in Passing the Torch pt.2 without any
trouble.
