Well if Billy had been in T:APRM like he was originally supposed to, then he could have been a Blue Ranger again, and we wouldn't have needed Justin. Not that I minded Justin though. I thought he handled being a ranger rather well for someone his age.

He would but they would have to bring in another character to replace Rocky in Passing the torch 1 and 2.
