Queen Nehellenia's Redemption
I thought it was a weak and an anti-climatic end to what had been a great mini arch. Nehellenia was pure evil and all of the sudden she gets a redemption story? The anime started to do this way too much.

Re: Queen Nehellenia's Redemption
Well to be fair, she did have a tragic backstory and was her own worst enemy. So there is a degree of pity that makes her interesting. I agree it would have been better off if they finished her off as an antagonist. Not every tragic villain needs to be redeemed. The manga handled her end much better. Of course she wasn't as sympathetic there.

Cloverway should have made her the human form of the Negaforce.

Re: Queen Nehellenia's Redemption
Again the Negaverse was a fabrication by DIC. The Dark Kingdom had nothing to do with future seasons. Even in the Manga the only connection is Materia coming from Chaos like all the big bads and the four generals makimg czmeos as ghosts to advise Mamoru.

They should have just left her trapped in the eclipse. It was a fitting end for her arch in SuperS.

Re: Queen Nehellenia's Redemption
It was an unsatisfactory conclusion to what had been a goood mini arch until the end.
