all right here are some of my options.

Zhane = Silver
Tommy = Black
Jen = Pink
Billy = Blue
Taylor = Yellow
Jason = Red

my 2nd option would be as follows

Tommy = White
Zack = Black
Jen or Kat = Pink (Kat would be Zeo and not MMPR)
Tori = Blue
Maya = Yellow
Jason = Red

my 3rd option would be

Tommy = White
Zack or Carlos = Black
Kimberly, Kat or Jen = Pink (Kimberly would be MMPR if she came back and Kat would be Zeo if she came back)
Billy = Blue
Taylor = Yellow
Andros = Red

my 4th option would be

Tommy = White
Zack = Black
Kimberly = Pink
Tori = Blue
Tideus = Yellow
Carter = Red
