I love the Shadowforce Megazord mode blue.
Great series. Sick zords.
But to answer your question Mode Blue is designed for more aerial attacks with a gun/sniper.
Mode Red is meant for ground-based combat with sword and shield.
TF Megazord Jet Mode had the vortex attack.
