Yup. Power Rangers Empire had been transferred over to PRangerX since Mesogog wasn't really interested in it anymore (I think) but then he changed his mind so he created a new board yet PRangerX already had possession of the Empire name and domain.
I don't know how correct I am in regards to that but I would assume it's pretty close to what actually happened.
