I have two ideas for how I would have done it.
1: Switch over to the Dairanger suits, Keep the Dairanger monsters, villains, and robots, Jason, Zack, and Trini stay Rangers all season long, White Ranger is Brad Hawkins.
2: Keep Zyuranger suits, Save all the Zyu 2 footage until this season, and make the whole season Zyu2 if I could, Jason, Zack, and Trini get replaced, Tommy stays the Green Ranger all season long.
