Doesn't really count since it's not a combination of parts, it's just the Megazord riding on the Q-Rex like Red Dragon did with Tigerzord or Omega's zord being ridden on by the Delta Squad Megazord.
Anyway one of my favorites has to be the Supertrain Megazord.
