I agree he was wrong to make Jack the leader but Sky wasn't deserving of Red I mean if you're going to be sexist or racist then you're not fit to be a leader.
I don't agree Jack and Z should've went to jail which they did to begin with anyway but Cruger knew who they were and knew they were good people despite being down on their luck so he gave them a choice to either rot in prison or to work for him.
