My rankings for the Blue rangers:
1. Billy : he's been there the longest with the best character development ever.
2. Lucas : Good in my book but the series isn't over yet
3. Kai: Basically the basis for the above average Blue Ranger
4. T.J.: Erm...
5. Chad: Well if he had a lot more character development he'd be above Kai.
6. Justin: Never.
