Doubt it since he directed the episode that confirmed Tommy and Kat are together and most show runners will show an unity with previous relationships that we have seen on the show
No one was ever going to acknowledge or much less support the TomKimb ship since most previous show runners wanted to support the TomKat ship

He seems to be doing a good job keeping the shlw going in the direction Chip left him. But he was obviously heavily involved in Beast Morphers. So it was a good transition.
