sure we did.

Adam, Aisha and Rocky found out their identities but that was an accident.
Tommy intentionally revealed his identity to David.
Justin found out by accident since they had no way of knowing that he was under Rocky's hospital bed.

But those weren't done on purpose. Which the rules clearly were designed to prevent . Which was to prevent Rangers from intentionally revealing their identities.

2 out of 3 weren't done on purpose. Tommy intentionally did it without a reason he had no reason to expose himself to David

The Rangers didn't know Justin was hiding under the table. So they had no idea that he found out their identities.

yes that's true BUT Tommy did it intentionally with no good reason. He could've came up with some explanation for how he knew Tommy was safe so that David would buy it without exposing his identity. Tommy was just being lazy.

I guess Zordon gave Tommy special treatment there. He was the original Lord Leo afterall. Although not even close to as bad.
