Pokémon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire
 

I was wondering what everyone is thinking about this announcement that Nintendo recently made, that they've remade the Hoenn games into 3DS games and they will be available in a worldwide release this November.

The games will be out in Japan and in the U.S. on Nov. 21. Europe will be getting it on the 28th.

This will be rather interesting since this will be introducing us to Mega Evolutions for Swampert, Sceptile and Diancie and perhaps more.

Swampert being a water/ground type will keep its typing once it mega evolves.

Sceptile mega evolving will result in the adding of the Dragon-type.

Diancie is a Rock/Fairy type and will keep its typing upon mega evolving.

There will be a new form that will be a type of De-evolution. Currently only Groudon and Kyogre are known to have this and in their de-evolution form, they will be known as Primal Groudon and Primal Kyogre.

Regular Groudon is a pure Groudon type but Primal Groudon will have the extra typing of being a Fire-type added to it.

Sableye will also gain a Mega Evolution.

Current rumors indicate that Zangoose, Seviper, Metagross, Flygon and Salamence will have Mega Evolutions but no confirmation on that.
