After the confirmation of the 37th Super Sentai series last week, we have now our very first Jyuden Sentai Kyoryuger (獣電戦隊キョウリュウジャー) rumors! And as opposed to dinosaurs, they are rumored to be using premitive or ancient animals. Please take rumors with a grain of salt! Kyoryuger's mecha will be called the "Jyuden Genshijyu" (獣電原子獣, Beast Electric Atom Beasts). The term is a play on the word "Genshijyu" (原始獣, Primitive Beasts), and are not dinosaurs, but ancient animals. The team's transformation device is tentatively called "Kyoryuu Smaho" (Kyoryuu Smartphone). The Jyuden Sentai Kyoryuger consists of: KyoryuRed controls the "Jyuden GigaKong" [giant ape type] named after the Gigantopithecus KyoryuBlue controls the "Jyuden Andrewsarchus" [hyena-type] named for Andrewsarchus KyoryuGreen controls the "Jyuden Ootsunojika" [deer-type] named for Megaloceros KyoryuYellow controls the "Jyuden Shisochou" [archeopteryx] named for the Archaeopteryx KyoryuPink controls the "Jyuden Glyptodon" [armadillo-type] named for the Glyptodon Jyuden Sentai Kyoryuger starts airing February/March 2013.
