They own the rights to Digimon, so they will automatically have the right to create this. Seeing as VA's returned for the new (stupid) game, they may return for the Fusion 3 finale and this new season.

Well tai original VA retired and some one else replaced him in the Diablo mon returns movie

They do....its a really good dub... They just don't market it properly if at all.....
