No, Amit Buerimik made Power Rangers Online Archives not Power Rangers Online, He did writer "Forever Red". Rain was made well before PRO even existed and had nothiong to do with the orginal webmaster of PRO. There are no copies up for download. It was just a fan film that got written into pr's back story. The creator's persumably have it. But no one will ever see it.
