Was master mao testing casey in the end of jungle fury or did he really believe jarrod was beyond saving?

yes I do believe Mao did believe that Jarrod was beyond hope but I do think part of it was a test since he knew why Casey had failed his test since he was trying to copy what 1 of the others did

But Mao just tried to convince Jarrod to leave his path of evil. I think he knew Jarrod could be reached.

It makes me wonder of jarrod wiy let Dai Shi possess him not knowing the full consequences and then had a change of heart.

even if Jarrod was wanting to be possessed by an evil entity bent on human eradication I don't think it would've made a difference since Dai Shi would've been a strong entity so I doubt anyone would've been able to fight off his possession

The whole plot was pretty dumb. Nick would have saved Jarrod earlier
