Divatox and Dimitria sisters?
 

As everyone knows, PR Turbo got pretty boring and as a result, I stopped watching. Before I quit watching, I was under the impression that Divatox and Dimitria were sisters or something (possibly played by the same person). I just found it weird that Divatox wore a mask to cover her eyes and Dimitria wore a cloth to cover her nose and mouth. And to me their voices sounded similar. Because I stopped watching PRT I never had this question answered. Were they infact sisters or do you think is was one of those storylines that was just forgotten about or is this all in my imagination?

Yes, this is one of those storylines that got 'lost'. FOX KIDS NL recently did PRT, and I had seen on a German channel a few years ago, and at the start they actually give notice to the fact that the two D's are sisters ('Dimitrea represents good, I am the incarnation of evil...' Divatox). But then, they never said a word about it afterworths. In the beginning, the two D's were played by one and the same actress (as far as I know, Carol Hoytt or something) and later the Diva-actress came back to play Divatox in the final (20 or so) episodes, what's her name again.... Hillary Sheppard!

Yeah, Carol Hoyt played Dimatria all the way through PRT and played Divatox for the first half, then Hilary Shepard Turner who played Divatox from the Movie reappeared for the other half of Turbo. In Transmission Impossible Dimatria found out she had a sister and in Countdown to Destruction Divatox returned to normal and looked just like Dimatria, so I think they were sisters and agree with you, Red Tulip.

divatox ran away from home and was adopted by space pirates and u know the rest

I believe Dimitria and Divatox are/were meant to be sisters but the plot was scrapped after the cast and crew shake up and Hilary returning to be Divatox.
