Re: I want to be a Power Ranger
I could see why some fans would have a romantic idea lf working on the show. But its a lot different in real life.

Re: I want to be a Power Ranger
Sorry but you need to do more research if you are serious about this.

Re: I want to be a Power Ranger
The cast did do more of its own stunts in the early seasons. The MMPR Ranger Actors all had to have a martial arts background. It made the job even harder though.

Re: I want to be a Power Ranger
It actually sounds like the older casts had more fun. I guess I better learn karate and gymnastics. I could find time for a lesson or two. I could convince them to let me do my own stunts like the older casts. I would be bummed if I don't get to wear the Ranger Costumes everyday. I'll could convince my friends to audition too. If we do our own stunts, they could shoot are Ranger scenes on a different day. Its not like the civlian scenes would be hard to shoot. We could do most of those in one take. Since your basically just hanging around and acting like a teenagers. I hope they have Bulk and Skull like characters for us to have fun with. The Ninja Steel cast looks like they are having a lot of fun with Victor and Monty.

Re: I want to be a Power Ranger
As long as they give you a better character than Jack. I can't imagine Brandon had that much fun working with the shitty character they gave him.

Sigh more topic drift
I don't know why you guys are being so mean to the op. This is his dream. He should go for it. Power Rangers teaches that every episode just about. I don't see why they wouldn't want a fan Power Ranger. It makes for a good pr story. |

Filming scenes wouldn't even take 2 hours you'd have to get up in the morning, go to makeup to deal with putting makeup on you and anything else the show has to do (in recent years if JDF was in an episode they'd need to use makeup to hide his tattoos) and then you could be sitting around until they're ready then you have to go to where they're shooting, you would have to do a few takes and then eventually you will probably get a lunch break at which point after your break you will have to go back to set and repeat the filming process. Re: I want to be a Power Ranger
There is no way this guy is going to be cast. He isn't even serious about being an actor. And a lot times that isn't even enough to be cast.
|
Re: I want to be a Power Ranger
I think a lot of the op's ideas about acting are not well informed. Fanboys don't usually get cast in important roles.

Re: I want to be a Power Ranger
You should want to be a Toku Hero in Super Sentai instead. Learn Japanese and find a way to live in Japan for a few years.

Re: I want to be a Power Ranger
Thats even more unlikely. His original idea isn't happing either.

Re: I want to be a Power Ranger
I don't think you are going to get your wish.

Re: I want to be a Power Ranger
Don't forget that if you were an actor for the show such as a Ranger for example then you'd be bound by the contract.
http://werewolf.co.nz/2012/10/dealin...tah-hollywood/ It's the contract that ones such as Hector, Erika, Najee, Britt and Alex would've needed to sign for Samurai the contracts are pretty similar as well for Megaforce, Dino Charge and Ninja Steel if not the same well at least I would assume that they're either the same or similar. |
Re: I want to be a Power Ranger
Contracts are no joke.
