I'm digging around for some of my MMPR comics as they had some interesting interviews and comic strips. One story that got me interested in finding them is a prequel adventure for Zordon where he was defending this vast library from an attack by Rita's forces. He succesfully teleports most of the sacred books and himself away, but accidently drops one on time warps. It's implied it's this book Rita studies and learns how to trap Zordon.
