VR Trooper Style banner fixed

Fixed the banner in the vr troopers style. Working on getting the site back up on a different url. I forgot to renew the domain a while back.

Im trying to give the non pr toku forums be attached to their own styles. Gonna work one for Sailor Moon Kingdom. Of course anyone can choose the style they want.
