What movie Rider deserved a series?

There have been Kamen Rider specials that featured heroes not seen more than once (one of these specials being the footage base for Dex's team-up in the big finale of Masked Rider). Of these one-shot Riders, which one would have been cool enough to helm a complete season?

I think ZX had a great suit and name, which is normally the hardest part of the battle. Compared to older Riders from that time period, a season about him probably would have been an improvement.

ZX was supposed to have a series, scripts up to episode 7 were written and pre production was all done. Then TOEI started funding Metal Heroes and Sentai more and Ishinomori Pro. couldn't fund an entire season on their own, so it was made into a special instead.

Of all the movie riders, I think ZO had the best potential for a series. The little kid there wasn't annoying for once, ZO himself was a kickass Kamen Rider, kickass suit and the guy was really likable. It's a shame it was never made into a series.
